What weexpect from you

Technical:

• Fast learning - You pick up new programming languages and standards quickly
• Senior knowledge - Extensive experience with Angular, NestJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL is an advantage
• Quality focus - Solid experience as a software developer with attention to detail
• Agile mindset - Affinity for Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
• Testing expertise - Experience with testing frameworks and automation

Personal (at least as important):

• Ownership - You take responsibility and solve problems
• Initiative - You see opportunities and act on them
• Independence - You enjoy working autonomously within a tight team
• Progressive - You are open to new technologies and approaches
• Communicative - You can explain technical complexity clearly (English required, Dutch is a plus)
