Who areyou?

You are not a standard IT supporter who only handles tickets. You are someone who comes in in the morning and immediately sees which server needs attention before the monitoring sounds an alarm. You hear a user complain about slow performance and already think three steps ahead to the real cause.

You are the type who doesn't say "have you tried turning it off and on again?" but actually looks at the core of the problem. You understand that behind every report is a person who just wants to do their job, and you make sure that happens.

You don't need an extensive manual to know what needs to be done - you see where the bottlenecks are and tackle them. You're not afraid to pick up the phone when a client calls in panic, and you stay calm until the problem is solved. In our team, you are the quiet force that keeps everything running.

Your impact on the IT world:

• Taking ownership of IT infrastructure at our diverse clients
• Proactively managing Apple devices, Windows and Linux servers
• Complete IT support - supporting users remotely and on-site
• Smart configuration via MDM tools, policies and profiles
• Contributing to projects - migrations, security, integrations
• Bringing structure to networks and monitoring
• Documentation (yes, really - we mean it)

Technical:

• Apple affinity - You understand the Apple ecosystem and MDM tools
• Server skills - Linux and Windows servers are not black magic for you
• Microsoft 365 - You know your way around Entra ID and the entire Office suite
• Flexibility - You work structured but improvise when necessary
